What is permanent makeup?
Permanent makeup gives you a long-lasting natural look by placing color, known as pigmented granules, beneath the upper layers of skin. You’ll enjoy a natural, no-makeup look that allows you to “wake up and go,” or you can complement your appearance with additional cosmetics.

Amy Perrier is a registered nurse who has worked for over fifteen years in facial plastic surgery and operating rooms settings. She launched Enhanced Cosmetics with a passion to boost client’s self-confidence and help them enjoy active lifestyles while looking and feeling their best. She’s an expert at steering clients to the natural-looking permanent makeup solutions that best reflect their unique needs.
What makes Enhanced Cosmetics Different?
Amy completed and received a Certification in Permanent Makeup by a board certified technician/instructor for the academy of micro-pigmentation. As an RN, she also has extensive training in sterile technique, blood borne pathogens, CPR and ACLS. She will review your complete medical history and make sure permanent make up is right for you.
Each client at Enhanced Cosmetics is shown their tray set up and single use sterile, disposable items are used and then discarded. NOTHING is ever re-used. The facility is Department of Health inspected and compliant. Procedures are done in a state of the art operating room. Each procedure is tailor-made and drawn on you so you are involved in every step of the design process to ensure satisfaction. Placement, contours, thickness and colors of the proposed procedure are reviewed and amended until you are satisfied.
